Questions About Exchanges and Returns for International Orders
1. What is your return policy for international orders?
If you’re unsatisfied with your product for any reason, we’re happy to refund the full product purchase cost, less shipping fees!
2. What is your exchange policy for international orders?
While we can’t offer direct exchanges for our international orders, we encourage our customers to order the product they would like as a replacement while their refund is being processed
3. What happens if I received the wrong product, or my product was damaged during shipping?
Our top priority is making sure you’re happy with your order. If we made an error, or the product was damaged in transit, contact customer support. We are dedicated to making it right!
Questions About Costs, Taxes, and Customs Fees
1. How much does international shipping cost?
For website orders headed to Canada, shipping is $6.50. For website orders headed outside of the US and Canada, international shipping is $19.95. If you subscribe to Amazon Prime, you should know that many of our products can also be found on your local Amazon Prime with free delivery and fast shipping to countries including Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Australia.
2. Will I need to pay additional taxes or fees on my international order?
For a small number of orders, local taxes or customs fees are added, which are due upon arrival in order to receive the package. These charges are usually just a few dollars, and almost always less than $15 USD. We’re happy to reimburse these extra taxes with a receipt!

1. Which countries do you ship to?
We can ship to almost any country, including (but not limited to!) the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, India, South Africa, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Germany, UAE, Netherlands, Pakistan, Kenya, Sweden, Spain, Mexico, and Nigeria.
To find out if we can ship to your address, simply add your favorite product to your shopping cart, then enter your shipping information on the checkout page.
2. Which carrier will be used for my international order?
Most of our orders are shipped with USPS first class mail. USPS handles the package until it arrives to your country, and then transfers custody to your local postal carrier. We also ship some international orders via Fedex.
3. How long does shipping take for international orders?
Our goal is to get you your order as quickly as possible. Shipping can take as little as one week, or as long as two months depending on where you are located. If you haven’t received your package yet after one month, please contact our customer service team for an update!
